ROUBLESHOOTING

 

Symptom 

After  turning  the  Xavier  2.0  on,  a  continuous  beep  (2 
seconds) sounds and the Xavier 2.0 turns off. 

Problem 

Internal hardware problem. 

Possible solution 

Give the Xavier 2.0 to authorized service facility. 

 

Symptom 

After turning the Xavier 2.0 on, the Xavier 2.0 turns off. 

Problem 

Battery is empty. 

Possible solution 

Charge the Xavier 2.0 for at least two hours. 

 

Symptom 

After turning the Xavier 2.0 on, the green LED flashes every 
second  for  more  than  45  seconds  and  does  not  enter 
standby mode (green LED flashes every 5 seconds). 

Problem 

The Xavier 2.0 failed to connect to the network. 

Possible solution 

1. No network coverage. Change location and retry. 
2.  SIM  card  problem  (not  present,  not  installed  correctly  or 

blocked).  Give  the  Xavier  2.0  to  authorized  service 
facility. 

 

Symptom 

The  Xavier  2.0  does  not  operate  (no  incoming  or  outgoing 
calls)  and  the  LEDs  flash  or  light  in  an  unexpected  pattern 
(see Xavier 2.0 Indications on page 21).
