If water is left in the unit during storage, it may harden and
leave deposits that may affect operation of the unit.
troubleshooting
If the Humidifier is not producing mist:
problem
solution
Unit not plugged in.
Turn the Power Switch off, and plug in if needed.
Turn the power switch back on to resume operation.
Unit not turned on.
Turn on and adjust level.
No water in the Tank.
If the Tank is empty, turn off and unplug the
unit. Let it cool down, then refill with water.
Plug in and turn on to resume operation.
Water level too high.
If the water level is blocking the Mist Nozzle,
turn off and unplug the unit. Empty some of the
water out of the Tank. Then resume usage.
Water Tank not properly seated
onto the body of the unit.
If it is not seated properly, turn off and unplug
the unit. Adjust the Water Tank, then plug the
unit back in. Turn it on to resume operation.
