Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean there is a
defect in the appliance. Please consult the table to determine whether the error can be removed.

Risk of electric shock in case of improper repair!
Conducting improper repairs to the dishwasher puts the person carrying out the repairs and
the user in danger.

Only authorised specialists may repair the dishwasher. If in doubt, contact our service de-
partment (see „Service department“ on page EN-30).

Only carry out the actions which are described in this user manual.
■
Never repair defective dishwashers – or dishwashers which you presume to be defective –
yourself. You can endanger yourself and subsequent users.
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the dishwasher can lead to property damage and to damage to the
dishwasher.

If water overfl ows, close the water supply immediately and do this before contacting the
service department (see „Service department“ on page EN-30).
■
If the water has overfl owed, remove any water standing in the dishwasher before restart-
ing a programme.

Connect the mains plug to the socket.

Check the fuse. Check the socket by con-
necting another device.

gramme will not start
or it stops.

The dishwasher’s door
is not closed properly.
Close the dishwasher door.
The water tap is not
properly turned on.
Turn the water tap on completely.
The inlet hose is defec-
tive.

flowing. The electrical
water stop system has
been activated.
