1. Press the On/Off switch (2) to
turn the appliance on.
The appliance will switch on at
suction level I.
2. To vacuum, push and pull the
nozzle across the surface you
are vacuuming. Rotate the
tube extension (11) slightly to
reach corners more effectively.
This positions the nozzle diag-
onally.
In rare cases this can make
a whistling noise initially.
This is not a malfunction
and stops after a while.

The appliance is equipped with
two suction levels. Set the suc-
tion level using the suction level
switch (26).
• Press the suction level
switch (26)
– once to switch from suction
level I to suction level II;
– once more to switch from
suction level II back to suc-
tion level I.
