The laundry is not dry 

enough or the drying 

duration is too long .

The appliance is installed in a 

space that is too confined .

Check whether the appliance has 

enough free space to function 

properly .

The heat exchanger, lint filter (8) 

and/or bottom filter (7) are clogged 

by lint .

Clean the heat exchanger, lint 

filter and bottom filter .

The condensate drawer (9) is full . Empty the condensate drawer .

The water drain hose (19) is not 

connected properly .

Check the water drain hose .

The ventilation slots are clogged 

or obstructed .

Clean the moisture sensor 

behind the lint filter (8) inside the 

appliance .

Ensure that the ventilation grilles 

are not clogged .

An inappropriate cycle has been 

selected for your laundry .

Select a cycle with a higher drying 

intensity or longer drying time .
