1. Press the
button until the temperature
display appears.
You will hear a beep sound, and the tem-
perature display will appear.
2. Press the
button again until the de-
sired temperature setting appears.
You can set the temperature in increments
of 1°C, with the setting decreasing from
-14 °C to -24 °C with every press of the
button, before returning to -14 °C after be-
ing pressed again.
There will be a beep sound every time a
button is pressed.
Switching on
• Press the on/off button
for roughly
5 seconds to turn the appliance on.
A beep will sound. When switched on for
the first time, the display will show the tem-
perature set before it’s turned off.
The compressor starts to work, the refrig-
erant flows through the pipes and a quiet
humming sound can be heard. The interi-
or light will switch on as soon as the door
is opened and will switch off if the door is
closed.
After a few minutes, the display will switch
off.
If the appliance makes worrying
noises, check the solid base and
remove any objects that may be on top
of the appliance.
Switching off
• To switch the appliance off, press the on/
off button
again for roughly 5 seconds.
You will hear a beep sound, following which
the appliance will switch off.
The “Super Freeze” function
You can use the “Super Freeze” function to
cool your chilled goods down more quickly so
they stay fresh for longer.
Activating the “Super Freeze”
function
1. Press any button on the display to acti-
vate it.
A beep sound can be heard, and the tem-
perature will appear on the display.
2. Press the
button.
You will hear a beep, the temperature will
switch from the one set to “
-24
° C”, and the
“Super Freeze” display will light up.
The “Super Freeze” function
switches off automatically after
26 hours; thereafter the temperature
setting will remain at -24 °C.
