You will find the following signal words in this user manual.
DANGER
The signal word indicates a hazard with high risk which,
if not avoided, results in death or a severe injury.
WARNING
This signal word designates a hazard with a moderate
degree of risk which may lead to death or severe injury
if not avoided.
CAUTION
This signal word designates hazard with low risk which
may result in minor or moderate injury if not avoided.
NOTICE
This signal word warns against potential damages to
property.
Safety notices
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Faulty electrical installation or excessive mains voltage
may result in an electric shock. As the freezer works
with mains voltage, which can be dangerous, touching
live parts may lead to serious injury or death.
• The freezer is suitable solely for mains voltage of
220 V to 240 V / ~ 50 Hz.
• Only connect the freezer to an easily accessible sock-
et so that you can quickly disconnect it from the mains
in the event of a fault.
• Do not operate the freezer if it is visibly damaged or if
the mains cord or mains plug is defective.
• If the housing is visibly damaged, do not operate the
freezer.
