Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not
necessarily mean there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason,
please check the tables to see if you can correct the malfunction.

Risk of electric shock in case of improper repair!
Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appli-
ance yourself. You can put your own and future users’ lives in
danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to carry out
this repair work.

Switch the appliance on.
Mains plug is
loose.
Check that the mains plug is firmly
inserted into the socket.
The socket is de-
fective.
Try the appliance with a different
socket.
Check fuses and/or circuit break-
ers.
Mains cord is de-
fective.
Check mains cord for damage.

The air quality
indicator (19)
lights red during
continuous op-
eration.
The room is too
big for the purifying
capacity of the ap-

Let the air purifier continue to work
