Roughing in
If the countertop is less than ¾” thick, it must
be reinforced to distribute the weight of the
pot filler.
Allow sufficient space for the escutcheon.
There should be a minimum 1½" between the
center line of the mounting hole and the wall
or backsplash.
Installation
Verify that the o-ring is installed on the under-
side of the escutcheon. Push the escutcheon
onto the faucet shank.
Optional:
Seal the underside of the escutch-
eon with silicone sealant.
Do not use petroleum-based
plumbers putty.
Install the washer and nut on the shank.
