Important! The fitting must be installed, flushed
and tested after the valid norms!
Assembly
1.
Flush through the supply pipes.
2. Mount the S - unions and align them.
3. Fasten the mixer with the washers.
The hot and cold supplies must be of equal
pressures.
Adjustment
Correction is necessary if the temperature
measured at the take off point differs from the
temperature set on the scale. To adjust please
see page 7
Operation 13241XXX
By turning the handle on the left hand side the
thermostatic mixer is opened, closed and the
flow can be changed from tub to shower function.
The temperature is selected by turning the
graduated handle on the right side.
Operation 13261XXX / 13266000 / 13278000
The mixer is operated by turning the handle on
the left hand side. The green knob limits the rate
of flow to approx. 10 l/min. If a higher water
consumtion is required press the ECOSTOP
button and turn handle further.
The temperature is selected by turning the
graduated handle on the right side. The flow of
the bath mixer can be changed from tub to
shower function by simply pulling the diverter
knob located at the top of the outlet.
When the water is shut off the flow returns
automatically to the bath function.
Temperature limitation
The temperature is limited by the safety check to
38 C (100 F). If a higher temperature is
required, it is possible to override the safety stop
by depressing the safety button.
To guarantee the smooth running of the
thermostat, it is necessary from time to time to
turn the thermostat from total hot to total cold.
Important!
The non return valves must be checked regularly
according to DIN EN 1717 in accordance with
national or regional regulations (at least once a
year). in conjunction with combination boilers

If fitting a hand shower remove the water limiter
from the shower.
13261XXX / 13266000 / 13278000
in conjunction with combination boilers
When using the Ecostat with combination boilers,
the Ecostop safety set "A" has to be removed.
(see page 9) If fitting a hand shower remove the
water limiter from the shower.
If the continuous water heater causes any
problems, or you have different water pressures
you must install a water limiter to the cold supply,
(ordered separately,article number 97510000).
