Assemble the servo tray to the wing with screws
and epoxy the fiber horn to the aileron.
Epoxy the pin hinges to the slots in the flap.
Epoxy the flaps to the wings as illustration.
Keep some space about 1mm width between
trailing edge and flap.

Cut off the surplus part from the PVC canopy, glue the fiberglass
pic to the PVC canopy and trim off the surplus part.
