SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use.
Save these instructions for future reference.
NOTE:
Do not use for lifting.
Never overload the product.
The product is only intended to be used for pulling, not lifting.
Keep objects, your hands and other parts of your body away from the gear wheel, drum and wire.
Wear safety gloves.
Never attempt to dismantle or repair the product. Repairs should be carried out by qualified
personnel.
When replacing the wire, pull the end of the wire through the 4 holes in the side of the drum and tie
a knot or weld an eyelet in the end of the wire so that it cannot be pulled out.
Lubricate the shaft and gear wheel if the product is not going to be used for some time.

OPERATION
Installation
1.
Install the product on a level and stable surface before winching.
2.
Set the catch in the middle position and pull out the wire until you can see the holes in the bracket.
3.
Mount the product on the surface with at least 3 3/8’’ screws with lock nuts, arranged in a triangular
pattern. Use an extra metal or wooden support pad if necessary.
Use
1.
Fit the handle on the shaft screw with the nut.
2.
Set the catch in the upper position and turn clockwise to pull in the wire. Set the catch in the lower
position and turn anticlockwise to unreel the wire.
3.
The middle position allows the wire to be pulled in or unreeled when it is unloaded.
NOTE:
Keep a firm grip on the handle if you want to change the position of the catch when winching.
