disconnect the power by turning off the
circuit breaker or removing the fuse at fuse
box.
Turning power off using fan switch is not
sufficient to prevent electric shock.
1. Locate two single White and Blue wires
in the switch housing labeled "FOR
LIGHT".
2. Make polarized plug connections:
-White to white
- Blue to black
3. Carefully push all wires back into the
switch housing. Attach the light kit
fitter by aligning its keyhole slots with
the three screw holes and reversing
switch on the side of switch housing.
Tighten the three screws securely to
prevent the light kit from vibrating
loose.
4. Install 60 watts (max.) bulbs ( provided).
5. Remove the light kit finial, bottom glass
holder from the light kit.
6.
Pass the chains from the fan and light
kit through the holes in the glass bowl
and position the glass bowl onto the
light kit's glass stem.
7.
Replace the bottom glass holder and
finial to the light stem and tighten the
finial until the bottom glass holder is
secured. Do not over tighten.
8.
Restore power and your light kit is
ready for operation.
9.
If the light kit does not work, turn off
the electricity and lower either canopy
or decorative housing on your ceiling
fan to make sure the Black wire is
connected to black household wire.
