Installing the Light Kit 10.

N O T E

:   B e f o r e   s t a r t i n g  i n s t a l l a t i o n ,  

disconnect the power by turning off the 
circuit breaker or removing the fuse at fuse 
box.

Turning power off using fan switch is not 
sufficient to prevent electric shock.

1.      Locate two single White and Blue wires 

in the switch housing labeled "FOR 
LIGHT".

2.     Make polarized plug connections:

-White to white
- Blue to black

3.   Carefully push all wires back into the 

switch housing. Attach the light kit 
fitter by aligning its keyhole slots with 
the three screw holes and reversing 
switch on the side of switch housing. 
Tighten the three screws securely to 
prevent the light kit from vibrating 
loose.

4.      Install 60 watts (max.) bulbs ( provided).

5.     Remove the light kit finial, bottom glass 

holder from the light kit.

6.

Pass the chains from the fan and light 

kit through the holes in the glass bowl 
and position the glass bowl onto the 
light kit's glass stem.

7.

Replace the bottom glass holder and 

finial to the light stem and tighten the 
finial until the bottom glass holder is 
secured. Do not over tighten.

8.

Restore power and your light kit is 

ready for operation.

9.

If the light kit does not work, turn off 

the electricity and lower either canopy 
or decorative housing on your ceiling 
fan to make sure the Black wire is 
connected to black household wire.
