a clean flat surface. Inspect each part for defects that may have occurred
during shipping.
Important
: Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts, abrasions or exposed
copper that may have resulted during shipping. If there is a defect in the wire,
DO NOT continue the assembly operation. Please call our Customer Service

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Screw Top Arm (D) onto
Body (C) until secure. Pull
any excess cord through
Body (C).
2. Screw Body (C) clockwise
into Tube (B) until secure;
pull any excess cord through
Tube (B).
3. Screw Tube (B) clockwise
into Base (A) until secure;
pull any excess cord through
Base (A).
4. Place Shade (E) onto the
socket of the Top Arm (D).
Secure with Ring (F).
5. Install a 60-watt maximum
Type A (or CFL equivalent)
bulb into the socket of Top
Arm (D).
