PARTS INCLUDED FOR INSTALLATION (parts are not to scale):
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fasten the mounting bar (#10) to the Outlet Box (#14) using the two provided outlet
box screws (#12).
2. Thread mounting screw (#13) into the match hole of the mounting bar (#10).
3. Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the outlet box (#14) and
the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the outlet box (#14). Cover the
two wire connections using the two provided wire connectors (#9). Wrap the two wire
connections with electrical tape for a more secure connection. Connect the copper
ground wires from the fixture and from the outlet box (#14) to the ground screw (#11)
on the mounting bar (#10).
Note: If you have electrical questions, consult your local
electrical code for approved grounding methods.
4. After wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside outlet box. Raise ceiling pan (#5)
allowing for the mounting screws to protrude through key slots. Rotate ceiling pan (#5)
clockwise until mounting screws (#13) are in narrow part of key slots, tighten with
screwdriver.
5. Install light bulbs (not provided).(Please do not exceed the maximum capacity
recommended on the socket.(#6)
6. Installation is complete. Turn on the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box. Turn the
light switch on to activate the fixture.
