The tool cannot be
turned on.
Batteries are depleted.
Replace with new
batteries.
Batteries are installed in
wrong polarity.
Reinstall the batteries.
Laser point is not

Laser ON/OFF button is not in
ON position.
Check to make sure the
switch is in ON position.
Laser point projection is
weak.
Batteries are low voltage.
Replace with new

Dot line displayed on
screen instead of angle,
slope or pitch.
The digital level is not
positioned flat on the working
surface.
Make sure the digital level
is positioned plumb to the
working surface.
Err occurs on LCD
display during
calibration.
The gradient of the working
surface for calibration
exceeds 5°.
Make sure the digital level
is positioned on a level
surface with gradient less
than 5°.
The digital level is moved
during the calibration.
Do not move the digital
level during calibration.

This digital laser level is warranted to the original purchaser from the original purchase date
for two years, plus one additional year with product registration at www. hammerheadtools.
com (2+1), for a total three years subject to the warranty coverage described herein.

This digital laser level is warranted to the original user to be free from defects in material
and workmanship. If you believe that the tool is defective at any time during the specified
warranty period, call HAMMERHEAD support at 1-877-888-1880 to speak with a customer
service agent. This warranty does not cover: (1) Part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse
(2) Any parts have been altered or modified by anyone other than authorized HAMMERHEAD
personnel.
This warranty excludes bits, bulbs and accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state.
