8. Troubleshooting
The following is valid in principle for troubleshooting:
Check whether the desk has been operated in accordance with the operating instructions.
It is often possible to find the error here and resolve it.
Always observe the safety instructions listed in the operating instruction.
Contact with electricity can lead to serious injury from electric shock.
• Only disconnect plug connectors when disconnected from the power.
• Metal parts on the desk can be electrified if there is damage to power cable and
connections.
8.1 Error codes
Various errors are displayed as code on the illuminated display of the operating panel:

HOT The control monitors the duty cycle
and its maximum temperature. A

Wait until the ‘hot’ display goes out. Then operate the
table correctly again
E00 Internal Error Channel 1 Switch off the motor control and consult the customer
service department.
E01 Internal Error Channel 2
E02 Internal Error Channel 3
E12 Defect Channel 1 First switch off the motor control.
Either you then connect the correct motor to the
relevant jack, OR you resolve the external short circuit.
Then switch the motor controls back on.
E13 Defect Channel 2
E14 Defect Channel 3
E24 Excess Current motor M1 Remove the objects that are caught in the drive area.
If the table is overloaded
=> remove the load from the table.
Consult the customer service department.
E25 Excess Current motor M2
E26 Excess Current motor M3
E48 Excess Current motor group 1
E49 Excess Current motor group 2
E60 Collision protection
E62 Excess Current controls
E36 M1 not connected Connect the correct motor to the affected jack.
Carry out the reset
E37 M2 not connected
E38 M3 not connected
E61 Motor exchanged
E55 Synchronisation of motor group 1
not possible
Remove the load from the table.
Carry out a reset;
Consult the customer service department if the error is
still displayed after the reset
E56 Synchronisation of motor group 2
not possible
E67 Voltage too high Remove the power supply cable and consult with the
customer service department.
E81 Internal error Carry out reset.
Remove the power supply cable and then re-insert it
after several seconds.
If this error occurs frequently then consult with the
customer service department and remove the power
supply cable
