FIXED CRUSHER FP SERIES
1.9 REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
To request any type of assistance, please contact the Customer Service of the MANUFACTURER, sending an
email to the email address of HAMMER [email protected] with a copy of the specific form (Annex 1 of
Chapter 8 of this manual), duly completed and always mentioning the equipment’s serial number.
To fill in the Intervention Request Form, please follow the following steps:
• Enter the name of the company and the date of completion of the form;
•
Include the serial number that can be read on the plate affixed to the equipment;
• Describe the problem detected;
• Indicate the date by which the intervention is requested

• Stamp and sign the form,
• Send the form by email.
1.10 ORDERING SPARE PARTS
To request spare parts, use the appropriate form (Annex 2 of Chapter 8 of this manual) by sending it via email,
duly completed, to the email address of HAMMER [email protected].
To fill in the Spare Parts Request Form, please follow the following steps:
• Enter the name of the company and the date of completion of the form;
•
Include the serial number that can be read on the plate affixed to the equipment;
•
In the “Description” column, indicate the necessary replacement components;
•
In the “Quantity” column, enter the number of pieces needed;
• Stamp and sign the form;
• Send the form by email.

The actual intervention date will be confirmed after HAMMER receives the fax and based on the availability of
its technicians at the time of the request.
