Connections
Connect the DV to TV
Connect the DV to TV and the LCD screen of the DV will shut off.
The TV will then act as the LCD screen of the DV.
1. Connect the DV to TV with the AV cable.
2. Turn on the DV and turn on the TV, and set the mode of the TV to
AV Mode.
3. When the DV is set in Photography/Video Recording Mode, you can
browse your photos on the TV instead of the small screen on the DV.
4. When the DV is in the Playback Mode, you can browse and play the
recorded pictures, video and audio files on the TV.
HDMI Connection
Connect the DV to TV with an HDMI cable. We recommend
Comprehensive HDMI cable (HD-AC6ST). The DV’s LCD screen will shut
off. The TV will then act as the LCD screen of the DV.
1. Connect the DV to TV with the proper HDMI cable.
2. Power on the DV, turn on the TV, and set the signal source input of
the TV to “HDMI” Mode.
3. You can preview and play files on the TV.
