To keep the steam vents clear of any buildup, follow these instructions each time
you iron using steam.

Press and hold the Self-Clean
Button until tank is empty.
Set Variable Steam Lever to the
DRY/OFF (

) position.
Allow iron to heat on COTTON-
LINEN for 2 minutes.
Turn iron OFF and unplug.
Set Variable Steam Lever to
maximum steam ( ).
Hold iron over sink.
