Cucumber Salad
4 small cucumbers, sliced (use

bowl: process cucumbers and onion. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons (10
ml) of salt over cucumbers and onions and let stand one hour. Drain. Stir in
vinegar, water, sugar, dill, pepper, garlic, and remaining salt. Refrigerate 3
hours before serving.
