Warranty
The warranty of this product is of 1 year starting from the date of purchase. However,
consumables, accessories, optional extras and the things corresponding to the following
terms will be onerous even during the warranty period.
1) Failure resulting from incorrect handling (Handling methods contrary to the terms
described in the manual etc.).
2) Failure induced or caused by acts of God or any other Force Majeure event.
3) Failure due to use in hostile environment (high temperature and high humidity,
extremely low temperatures, corrosive gases, excessive vibrations, excessive
shocks, etc.)
Precautions related to the warranty
1) Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to free repair or replacement of the goods
2) Discovery of a malfunction
By any chance, in the unlikely event of any abnormality being detected in the equip-
ment, perform the confirmation of usage as set forth in this manual, and please refer
to troubleshooting (Appendix-B) again.
It is required that the symptoms are defined while avoiding any mistakes and mis-
conceptions. If there is no error, and the situation is not improved, please contact us
(our company or the authorize dealer) after confirmation of next list and others.
• A concrete symptom (example: The unit is hot. Acquiring image is impossible.).
• The outbreak time.
3) Exclusion of repair
Repair is done based on your requests but there are cases where a lot of time is
consumed or a heavy repair charges are required, or the repair request is denied.
• In case a long time has passed since the purchase.
• In case the repair parts are discontinued.
• In case a remarkable damage is identified.
• In case there are modifications.
• In case the abnormality is not detected in our company.
• In case affected by equipments used in synchronization.
• Others, in case the repair is too complicated or is impossible.
4) Expenses
The transportation and the repair charges would be borne by our company in case
of repair during the warranty period, but the customer would bear the expenses in
cases other than these.
5) Contact
In case of failure or any doubts, please contact with the model number, serial num-
ber of the product and details of the symptoms to our company or the authorized
dealer.
