4.2
Regular maintenance

Users must exclusively carry out the maintenance work and checks listed below.

Clean the spray gun cleaner regularly

Clean or replace the paint stop filter on the black hose regularly

Clean the work surface
-
Clean the air and steam extraction on the inside of the machine
-
Clean the shift rod on the safety valve of paint residues, etc.

Clean the collection basin
-
Clean and rinse the bottom of the collection basin after each use once the solvent has drained.
All other maintenance and repair work must be carried out by a suitable, qualified specialist.
WARNING! At least once a year, the HR
3000 must be thoroughly serviced by a
specialist qualified by the manufacturer. Defective or damaged parts must be replaced
immediately and exclusively with original parts.

Errors and troubleshooting

Should one of the cleaning cycles not be executed completely, it is recommended that the points in
Sections 4.1 and 4.2 be carried out.

If, despite these steps, the HR 3000 still fails to operate correctly, disconnect the compressed air
and set the main lever to the “0” position.

Then inform the supplier or the manufacturer of the HR 3000 so that qualified personnel can carry
out troubleshooting.

Noise level
The noise level is measured with an empty HR
3000 while operating using a noise level meter
with integrator.
The measurements were carried out by a qualified laboratory employee in accordance with EN ISO
standard 3746:2010. The results are:
