6. Troubleshooting

Error

Possible cause

Solution

Once you have moved

the operating switch

(4) to the “On/Auto”

position, the green LED

ready indicator (5) does

not light up constantly

The connection cable

(7) is not connected

correctly.

Ensure that the mains

plug is plugged into the

socket.

No mains power

Check your fuse box.

Device is faulty.

Inform our customer

service department.

The overload warning

LED (5) lights up in red

Too much paper has

been inserted or it has

been drawn in croo-

kedly.

Switch the device off

and let it cool off for at

least 30 minutes. Then

carry out the steps un-

der 4.2.4. “Reverse run

mode”.
