5.6.2 Replacing the sealing strips
Check the sealing strips at the squeegee weekly for wear and intactness. If
the edge of the sealing strip is worn or damaged, turn or replace the sealing
strip. Each sealing strip can be used four times before it needs replacing.
1. Remove the squeegee, see section 5.6.1.
2. Unscrew the star-shaped handles slightly

3. From above, press on the slightly unscrewed star-shaped handles
Fig. 17-2 to allow the plastic body with the sealing strips to be removed
more easily.
4. Unscrew both star-shaped handles and remove the plastic body with the
sealing strips from the shell Fig. 17-3 .
5. Pull the damaged sealing strip off the plastic body Fig. 17-4 .
6. Turn the sealing strip or replace it if all four edges are worn.
7. Installation is in reverse order.
To prevent the front and rear sealing strips from being mixed up, the hold-
ers for the front sealing strip are round and for the rear sealing strip square.
