Before using this product
, read the instructions and familiarize yourself with the features of the
product and risks of misuse.

Always keep the work area clean and dry -
Cluttered, dirty or wet work place increases risk of
accidents.
•
Keep children away from work area -
Do not allow children to handle this product.
•
Store idle equipment -
When not in use, tools and equipment should be stored in a dry location to
prevent corrosion.
•
Dress safely -
Safety footwear should be used when working with this product. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewelry as they may become caught in the moving parts. Wear protective hair covering
(net) to prevent long hair from becoming caught in the moving parts.
•
Do not overreach -
Keep proper balance at all times to prevent accidents.
•
Stay alert -
Watch what you are doing at all times, use common sense. Do not operate this product
when you are tired or distracted from the job at hand.
•
Check for damaged parts -
Before using this product, physically check to see that all nuts, bolts and
screws are securely fastened - make it part of the daily routine in the workshop. Check that it will
operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts and any other conditions
that may affect the operation of this product. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.

Do not use this product for a purpose for which it was not
intended.

Inspect the product before each use
– Do not use the product, if any defects (such as broken or
bent parts.) or malfunctions occurs.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. ADAPTOR HOLDER - the adaptor holder needs to be assembled to the handle using the U-bolt, nuts and
spring-washers provided. Once mounted, locate the adaptors into the holder
– lock them into place using the
hitch pins.
2. Set the compressor to operate at 0.7 to 1.0 MPa (Use a compressor of 3HP or greater).
3. The air / hydraulic jack is now ready to use.
