At the last spinning, it stops spinning, turns to rinse
and inlets water.
The reason is that the laundries leaning to one side,
so the safety switch acts. After inleting water, churning
up , the slant has been eliminated, then spinning again.
There is still water after draining
for 5 minutes(the indicator light
of soak, wash, rinse, spin flashing).
