The following circumstances do not mean there is a fault with the appliance. contact the customer care Team when you have confirmed
the problem after following the instructions below.

Washing machine fails to

¬ The washer door is not properly closed.

Washing machine cannot be
filled with water.
¬ The "start/pause" button is not pressed.

¬ The washer door is not properly closed.
¬ The inlet hose filter is blocked.
_ press the "start/pause" button.
_ Turn on the water tap.

_ close the washer door properly.
_ unblock the inlet hose filter.

¬ The height of the drain hose is below 80 cm.
