Trouble shooting
Phenomenon Items to be confirmed Solution
No flow
Whether or not the water supply
system is cut off or under too low
water pressure
Check
Whether or not the water tap is
clogged, and the hot water valve
is opened
Check and clear up.
Cold water supplied
1 Whether or not the hot water
port is closed
Check and open the port
2 Whether or not the water
temperature is well adjusted
Make corrections as per the usage
stated in the manual.
3 The water is not heated to the
set temperature because the
heating time is too short
Make corrections as per the usage
stated in the manual.
4 Whether or not the
components are damaged
If Items 1, 2 and 3 are confirmed as
irrelevant items, please contact the
maintenance department.
Below the required heating
temperature or less hot
water supplied
1 Whether or not the current
function mode is properly set,
and the set temperature is
too low

Turn down the water outlet valve
