When calling for service, provide the model name, list of accessories
and the series number (described in the nameplate of the product).
Before calling for services, check the following points to see if you
can solve the problems yourself.
The appliance does not work.
No connected to the power supply.
(Check plug, outlet and fuse)
The voltage is too low.
The inner temperature is not cold enough.
Poor ventilation. Check if the heat
radiation unit on the rear is blocked.
The appliance is exposed to direct sunshine
or placed near a stove or radiator.
The door is not closed properly, is
opened frequently or is kept open
for quite a while.
Fan doesn't work. The fan motor may have a
problem. Clean the vent hole and wipe off
dust on the heat radiator.
