7. Meter Maintenance

Replacing the Battery

Battery

Your Control D Glucometer comes with one preinstalled, 3 volt, lithium
battery. The battery provides enough power for the meter to perform about
1000 Tests. If your battery runs low, the battery needs to be replaced.

Tilt the meter to sideways to
release the battery

Insert a new battery with
“+” symbol on the top

Close the battery cover

shown in the image
