Chapter 6: Caller identification (CID)
Your phone can store up to 30 numbers in your CID list:
z
If the caller list is full, the oldest entry will be overwritten (even if not being read).
z
You can call back your correspondents directly from the list.
z
A CID list entry can be copied directly to your phone book.
z
If all CID entries have been read, the ‘CID’ symbol will disappear.
Reviewing the caller list
1.
Press ‘CID’ key to enter the caller list, then press ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ to scroll through the
list.
2.
The name or number of the missed call will be shown. If the provider has not
transmitted the name but the number matches with a stored number in the phonebook,
the name of that stored number will be shown.
3.
The display will show name or number together with day/time.
4.
Press the
R edial
S cro ll
key to see more details.
5.
The 'CID' symbol will stop blinking if all CID entries are read.
6.
Press
to leave CID mode.
Dialing from the caller list (CID dial back)
1.
Press ‘CID’ to enter the caller list, then ‘UP’ or ‘Down’ to scroll to the record you want
to call back.
2.
Press
to dial out the number automatically.
Deleting an entry from the caller list
1.
Press ‘CID’ key to enter the caller list, then ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ to scroll to the record you
want to delete.
