Effective definition of warranty
1. The date the warranty will start from the date that specify on receipt or
invoice.

Customers must register for product warranty online on the Company's
https://app.hafele.co.th/warranty#/
code below immediately after receiving this product. If not registered, the
product will not be covered by the company's warranty in all cases.
3. If misuse and in addition to any advice or error from the users, the
warranty will not cover all cases.
4. The product must be in the package with all accessories complete.
Warranty certificate
1. Product after-sales service valid warranty certificate such as
- Delivery note or various order numbers of purchase
- Invoice or receipt (if any)
- Warranty card (the company will count from the case that the
customer registers the warranty only)
2. Accessories and packaging are not covered by the warranty.
