Set the controller power to on after the connection to the sensor is made. When the sensor is set to
on, the status light is activated. Refer to
Status indicator light on page 15.
Status indicator light
When the controller power is set to on, the status indicator light on the sensor shows. Refer to
Figure 1 on page 9. Refer to Table 2 for the status indicator light definitions. The controller display
will show and identify the status of each light color.
Table 2 Status indicator light definitions
Light color Definition
Green (stable) The instrument is in operation with no warnings, errors or reminders.
Green (flashes) Calibration is completed and the status is OK until the instrument is ready for operation again.
Verification is completed and the status is OK until the instrument is ready for operation again.
Yellow (stable) Warning for a time out (e.g., during a calibration)
Condensation warning (auto verification)
Contamination warning (auto verification)
Yellow (flashes) The lid is open.
Manual cleaning is in progress.
Repair is in progress.
Change the vial.
Automatic cleaning is in process.
Red (stable) Instrument component defect
Condensation error (auto verification)
Contamination error (auto verification)
Red (flashes) Calibration not OK.
If the flow sensor installed (optional):
Error shows if the flow is higher than the upper limit value (>1.25 L/min).
Warning shows if the flow is lower than the limit value (<75 mL/min).
Error shows if there is no flow (<10 mL/min).
Verification not OK.
Reading error of RFID. Sound signal occurs. Operator tag ID not accepted.
Blue (stable) Calibration is started.
Wait time during the calibration for RFID reading or standard insertion
Verification process is started.
Read RFID.
