WARRANTY
Article 1: object
The mattress of the range DREAM are guaranteed to the consequences of hidden defects, defects in material or workmanship.
The warranty covers all costs of repair, replacement and/or transport to the tune of the percentages indicated in article 5.
Article 2: receipt of the goods
The buyer must check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery. Articles having suffered damage during transport (product damaged
inside its packaging) must be rejected by the client, with no cost to them; nevertheless it must formulate the reservations on the delivery slip
and immediately inform customer service Habitat by registered mail.
Any claim of any nature that it is, must be carried out by registered letter within 3 days of receipt of the goods. After this period, no claim will be
taken into consideration.
Article 3: implementation of the guarantee
Any request for a product claim under warranty is subject to review from the Habitat customer department (via the store of purchase of the
product). The agreement is essential for the treatment of service. Under the warranty, Habitat may request photos to determine if the warranty
is applicable.
Article 4: case of warranty exclusions
The warranty shall not be implemented in the following cases:
• any distortion, any sagging or damage due to misuse, any voluntary deformation due to an accident (defective maintenance, fire, water...);
• any abnormal humidity or heat, mildew and any modification of the product not provided by the manufacturer;
• the upholstery fabric, dimples, sewing... including the good conduct is related to the conditions of use;
• any product on an inadequate support or deformity;
For hygiene, even if the claim fits into the claim framework, any product with urine stains, blood or unspecified stain is also excluded from the
warranty.
Similarly, the warranty will not support apparent defects which the purchaser has not communicated under the conditions of article 2.
The warranty is valid only for the mattresses with the label Habitat. If the label is removed, the product is no longer valid.
Article 5: conditions of guarantee
If the product proves defective during the warranty period it will be either exchanged or repaired according to its condition.
The duration of guarantee is digressive in the conditions described below. The warranty period begins the day of the delivery of the product.

Article 6: information product
During use a slight decrease of size approximately 15% can be found on the surface elements and covers, this is quite normal and can under
