Grounding the router through the RTN wire of a DC power
supply
CAUTION:
Make sure the RTN wire is correctly grounded from the DC egress of the DC power cabinet.
You can ground the router through the return (RTN) wire of the DC power supply, as shown in
, if the following conditions exist:
•
The router is powered by a –48 VDC power supply.
•
No grounding strip is available at the installation site.
