Chapter 4 System Commissioning

Start PC and run the terminal emulator (such as Terminal on Windows3.1, and the

HyperTerminal on Windows95/Windows98/Windows 2000/Windows NT/Windows

ME/Windows XP).

Set the parameters for Windows XP HyperTerminal as follows:

Bits per second: 9600

Data bits: 8.

Parity: None

Stop bits:1

Flow control: None

Terminal emulation: VT100

The procedure is as follows:

to enter the HyperTerminal window to establish a new connection and

the system will pop up the
