Wrong installation methods
Installing a 3G antenna
One 3G antenna per 3G module is provided with the router. Purchase one if you need to install two
antennas.
When you install the 3G antenna, attach the antenna to the port marked "MAIN."
To install an antenna:
1.
Adjust the angle of the antenna to 180
º
.
2.
Attach the antenna to the router, as shown in
Figure 11
. Avoid over-tightening.
The antenna must be vertical to the ground to achieve the optimal signal receiving.

Installing a 3G antenna
On a dual-3G MSR 930-DG router, the SIM1 (supporting CDMA2000) and SIM2 (supporting
WCDMA) cards are associated with the antenna connectors on the front and rear panel, respectively.
When you install a 3G antenna on a dual-3G MSR 930-DG router, choose the correct connectors.
