Standby mode – the device enters into standby
mode after 10 minutes of inactivity, press any button
to turn device on.

To stop the device, press the „STOP“ button. Pressing
and holding the „STOP“ button for 2 seconds will
restart the device.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used.
b)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
c)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
d)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
e)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
f)
For proper operation of the device, every 30 hours of
work, apply silicone oil under the treadmill belt, then
turn the device on for 3 minutes without load.

Remove the screws and washers from the panel. One
person has to hold the panel and the other person
connects the wire which is located on the panel and
right side of the frame (make sure that the wire is
properly connected, do not connect at a push). Then
fix the panel to the frame with screws and washers.
Tighten all bolts, including those that have not been
attached previously. Then put the security key in the
yellow area of the panel.

Attach the frame to the treadmill with the M12 knob.

You can adjust the tilt before use.
3.3. DEVICE USE
Caution: Before starting training, place the safety key on
the panel and place the clip on your clothing. Pulling firmly
on the safety key cord will stop the treadmill belt.
GR-HG12 MODEL
•
Press the
button and the device will start after 3
seconds (at a speed of 1 km/h).
•
It is possible to change: distance, time and calories
with the „MODE” button.
•
The values can be adjusted using the „-“ and „+“
buttons.
•
The device has 12 programs, press the „PROGRAM“
button, select the appropriate program and confirm
with the
button (speed and time cannot
be changed; the default program duration is 30
minutes).

To stop the device, press the button

MODEL GR-MG30
•
Press the „START“ button, the countdown on the
screen will begin and the device will start at a speed
of 1 km/h.
•
You can adjust the speed with the „-“ and „+“
buttons. Speed control is also possible with the quick
dial buttons „3“, „6“, „9“, „12“.
•
It is possible to change: distance, time, calories,
program with the „MODE“ button.
•
Heart rate program – press the „PROGRAM“ button
to select the HR mode (HR 1 / HR2), use the „MODE“
button or the „+“ / „-“ buttons to set the age, then
press the „MODE“ button, the device will calculate
the heart rate data . Press the „+“ or „-“ button to
change the settings.
•
BMI program – press the „BMI“ button and enter
the FAT mode, press the „MODE“ button to set the
parameters (F-1 sex, F-2 age, F-3 height, F-4 weight),
changing parameters is possible using the „+“ and
„-“ buttons. After setting all parameters, press the
„MODE“ button, the display will show „---“, then
touch the heart rate sensor, the device will calculate
the body mass index.

ADJUSTING THE TREADMILL BELT

1.
After unpacking the device, place it on a flat surface.
Raise the device’s frame vertically. Lock the frame
with the two knobs.
2.
Position the handrail horizontally and secure it with
the bolt.
3.
Position the handle as shown in the figure. If the
handle is to be placed lower, remove the screw.
4.
Place the safety key on the yellow background of the
control panel.
MODEL GR-MG30
1.
Attach the left and right sides of the frame to the
base with provided screws and washers, do not
tighten the screws. Then fasten the handrail with the
bolts without tightening the bolts.

If the treadmill belt tilts to the left – Start the device,
set the speed at 2–3 km/h without load on the belt,
use the Allen key to rotate the screw by 1/4 of a turn.
Then let the machine run for 1–2 minutes without
load. Repeat the process until the belt returns to the
correct position (picture ).

If the treadmill belt tilts to the right – Start the device,
set the speed at 2–3 km/h without load on the belt,
use the Allen key to rotate the screw by 1/4 of a turn.
Then let the machine run for 1–2 minutes without
load. Repeat the process until the belt returns to the
correct position (picture 2).
3.
If a jam of the treadmill belt occurs - use the Allen
key to turn the bolts on both sides by 1/2 of a turn
counterclockwise until the lock is removed (figure 3).
STORAGE
MODEL GR-HG12
1.
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Remove the bolt to fold the handrail of the device.
2.
Pull out the knobs on both sides of the frame.
Reassemble the device, then use the knob to secure
the treadmill.
3.
Remove the handle and place the device in a secure
position.

Disconnect the device from the power supply. Unscrew the
M12 knob and then raise the platform with the treadmill.
Then secure with the M12 knob.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems.
Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling
and collection point. Check the symbol on the product,
instruction manual and packaging. The plastics used
to construct the device can be recycled in accordance
