Fresh Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients:
•
250g fresh cherries (200g without stems or stones)
•
10 ice cubes (100g)
•
100g fresh white yoghurt (no sugar added)
•
25g white sugar
•
10 drops of vanilla-extract
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients into the mixing cup and blend until smooth.
2. If you want your smoothie to have a thicker consistency, add more cherries or
yoghurt or both.
3. Pour into a chilled glass and it is ready to serve.
Lime Smoothie
Ingredients:
•
3 limes chopped into quarters
•
12 ice cubes
•
6 teaspoons of white sugar
Preparation:
1. Squeeze the lime juice into the mixing cup.
2. Place the rest of the ingredients into the mixing cup and blend until smooth.
3. Strain the smoothie through a small sieve.
4. Pour into a chilled glass and it is ready to serve.
Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
•
65 to 130g of ripe, fresh pineapple, peeled and diced. If you don’t have fresh
pineapple, then you can use tinned pineapple (a small tin has about 130g).
•
1/2 cup (125ml) of plain, natural yoghurt
•
1/2 cup (125ml) of water
•
2 tablespoons of sugar
•
10 ice cubes
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients into the mixing cup and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a chilled glass and it is ready to serve.
