As you come close to attaining the full-round pattern, make fine
adjustments using 1/8 turns or less in either direction as required to give
you the best possible distribution.
If you are unable to attain the full-round pattern, it is probable that the
material temperature or spray pressure is not correct. If upon reaching the
maximum number of turns out from the point of valving the pattern
remains closed, the material temperature is too low. If the pattern splits or
has a hollow center, even with the adjustment screw at the minimum turns
from the point of valving, the material temperature is too high.
