Put the machine on a level and horizontal surface. The
machine must be installed steadily, i.e. screwed firmly to the
desk or a solid base.

All covers and safety equipment must be properly installed
before putting the machine into operation.

The circular-saw blade must rotate freely.
Pay attention to undesirable items such as nails, screws, etc.
that may be present in the processed wood.

Before pressing the On/Off button, make sure the circular-saw
blade is fitted properly and the moving parts rotate easily.

Before plugging the machine, make sure the details on the
type label correspond to the system details.

Operation (pic. 1+4+5)

On/Off (pic. 1/6)

The saw may be started by pressing the green button

(I)

Before cutting, wait until the circular-saw blade reaches
its maximum speed.

To switch the saw off, you must press the red button

(0)

Parallel stop (pic. 1)

The parallel stop (pic. 1/10) must be used for longitudinal
cutting of wood pieces. 1/10).

Shift the parallel stop (pic. 1/10) either to the right or left
side of the saw table (pic. 1/3),

Using the scale on the saw table (pic. 1/3), the parallel
stop (10) may be adjusted to the required dimension.

Tighten both star screws (pic. 1/4), which will fixate the
parallel stop.

Angle adjustment (pic. 1+4+5)

Adjust the swing circular-saw blade depending on the cut
piece size.

Caution! Tighten the screws at all times to prevent any
unintentional saw table turnover.

Loosen the clamping lever screw (pic. 1/7) (one for front

and one for back). The indicator must be in the 0 position
on the angle adjustment scale (pic. 1/5) (the circular-saw
blade is now perpendicular to the table). Retighten the
clamping lever screw (pic. 1/7) and you can perform the
required cut (pic. 4/a).

Loosen the clamping lever screw (pic. 1/7) (one for front

and one for back). The indicator must be in the 45°
position on the angle adjustment scale (pic. 1/5). Retighten
the clamping lever screw (pic. 1/7) and you can perform
the required cut (pic. 4/b).

To cut at 45° angle, adjust the parallel stop or turn the
circular-saw blade and then use the miter cutting stop to
perform cuts at 45°.

Turn the indicator back to 0. Retighten the clamping lever

screw (pic. 1/7), use the miter cutting stop (pic. 1/2) for
better holding. You can perform the required cut (pic. 5/a).

Turn the indicator to 45°. Retighten the clamping lever

screw (pic. 1/7), use the miter cutting stop (pic.  1/2) for
better holding. You can perform the required cut (pic. 5/b).

Brake

This table circular saw has been fitted with an automatic
engine brake. If the maximum braking time of 10 seconds
(time from machine switch-off to circular-saw blade stopping)
is exceeded, you must have the machine checked by a
professional.

Operation (pic. 1+6+7+8)

After each new setting, we recommend a test cut to check the
set dimensions.

Cutting small workpieces (width < 120 mm)

(pic. 1+6)

Set the parallel stop (pic. 6/10) depending on the
specified workpiece width.

Slide the workpiece forward by both hands. Use
essentially the sliding bar (pic. 6/16) near the circular-
saw blade (pic.  1/1).  (sliding bar included in the supply!)

Slide the workpiece to the end of the splitting wedge at
all times.

Caution! For short workpieces, the sliding bar needs

to be used at the start of cutting.

Cutting very small workpieces (width < 30 mm) (pic. 7)

The parallel stop (pic. 7/10) must be set to the workpiece

cutting width.

Slide the workpiece using the sliding stick (pic. 7/a) to
the end of the splitting wedge.

Secure long workpieces against turnover at the end of
cutting (e.g. by stand against rotation, etc.).

The sliding stick is not included in the supply!

45° cuts of small workpieces (pic. 1+8)

The 45° cuts may only be performed using the parallel stop
(pic. 8/10)

and the angle stop (pic. 8/2).

Fit the angle stop (pic. 8/2) on the parallel stop.

Set the parallel stop (pic. 8/10) to the required workpiece
length and clamp it.

Put the workpiece to the angle stop (pic. 8/2).

Switch the saw on and slide the angle stop (pic. 8/ (2)
with the piece of wood along the parallel stop (pic. 8/10)
to the circular-saw blade. (pic. 1/1).

Switch the saw off after performing the cut.

Step by step instructions

1.

Set the stops depending on the required cut.

2.

Start the machine.

3.

Use the sliding bar and slide the workpiece slowly and
evenly to the circular-saw blade until the cut is complete.

4.

Switch the saw off and wait until the blade fully stops.

5.

Take the workpiece out now.

Inspections and servicing

Unplug the machine before any work on it.

Use a moist cloth to clean plastic parts. Do not use
cleaning agents, solvents and pointed items.

Remove any dirt off the saw table surface using an
appropriate maintenance and treatment spray.

Remove any deposited dust off the ventilation slot and
moving parts using a soft wiper or brush.

At regular intervals, lubricate all moving metal parts with
oil.

Safety instructions for inspections and servicing

Only a regularly serviced and treated machine may be a
satisfactory aid. Inappropriate servicing and maintenance may
lead to unforeseen accidents and injuries.

Inspections and servicing plan

After each use:

Remove any dust off the ventilation slots and
moving parts.

Remove any dust off the saw.

At regular intervals:

Lubricate the moving metal parts with multi-purpose
oil.

Check whether all screws are tightened firmly. They
may get loosened due to vibrations.
