Prior to the commissioning

Installation and Commissioning (Fig. 1 / 2)
• Attach the handle (1) of the vibratory plates by screws on the guide bar (8).
Launch
• petrol tap (17)
• During cold engine WINDOW Choke, choke the engine in warm open (14)
• motor switch to "ON" (7)
• throttle slightly open (15)
• Starterseil draw - Note: If the oil level is too low the engine will not jump to.
• choke open while the engine warmläuft
• throttle fully open for operation
Parking
• Close throttle and idle speed to bring
• motor switch to "OFF" switch
• petrol cock closed
Step-by Step Instructions

Clear any foreign objects from the ground to be treated with the vibrator .
2.
Always wear protection clothing .
3.
Start the plate vibrator according to description in the manual. .
4.
Observe all the relevant safety instructions and protection measures. .
5.
Compact the ground to be treated slowly and evenly to obtain the best possible result.

Inspection and maintenance
V-belts
For new machines or installing a new belt, the belt tension after the first five hours of operation be reviewed. Then the belt every 50
hours of check and adjust.
Adjusting the strap
• The four screws on the strap loose and the protection belt protection decrease.
• The four screws that secure the engine to the console is attached, and the mother, with the rear part of the belt protection on the
console is attached, detach.
• The engine on the tightening of the belt to the rear (in the direction of handle), the loosening of the belt to the front slide.
