Using the truck as designated
The truck described in these Operating Instructions is a
warehouse transport mean designated for lifting and
transporting load.
It needs to be used, maintained and operated in
accordance with these Operating Instructions. Any other
use is not in accordance with its designation and may
cause injury to persons or damage to the truck or physical
property. In particular, it is necessary to avoid overloading
caused by too heavy or unbalanced load. The binding
details of the maximum load are included on the type label
on the truck. The warehouse transport mean cannot be
used in a fire-dangerous, explosive or dusty environment
or spaces causing corrosion.
The operator must make sure the truck is only used in
accordance with its designation to prevent all types of risk
that would put life or health of the user or any third person
at risk. The operator must make sure that all users have
read and understood these Operating Instructions.
If the instructions in this manual are not followed, the
warranty expires. The same applies if the customer or any
third party has executed any unauthorised work on the
subject of the warranty not approved by the manufacturer's
customer service.
Installation of additional equipment in or on the truck with
interventions in the function of the transport mean is only
allowed after a written consent of the manufacturer.
The driver is responsible for the truck when being used. No
other persons can be taken in the truck. Any damage or
other failures of this warehouse transport mean must
immediately be reported to supervising workers.
The operating worker must make sure load is in a proper
condition. Appropriately fitted loads can only be
transported. If there is a risk that some parts of the load
could tip over or fall down, adequate protective measures
must be taken.
