Instructions and Maintenance
De-aerating
Fig. 5
•
Air bubbles may penetrate in the vehicle lifting jack
hydraulic system and impair its functioning (heavy run,
jerky lifting/start up)
•
Close the bleeding valve (Fig. 1/Pos. 8) completely.
•
Using a pump, lift the jack up completely.
•
Open the bleeding valve (Fig. 1/Pos. 8) and push the
lifting platform (Fig. 1/Pos. 1) of the vehicle lifting jack
down completely.
•
Close the valve (Fig. 1/Pos. 8).
•
The vehicle lifting jack is believed to function as
appropriate now. The procedure is to be repeated if
necessary.
Oil Level Check/Oil Replenishment
Fig. 6
•
Put the vehicle lifting jack on a horizontal flat base and
if necessary, let it lower completely.
•
Remove the cover plate (Fig. 1/Pos. 12).
•
You can see a rubber plug on the hydraulic cylinder.
Remove it by side impression using a screwdriver.
•
Replenish hydraulic oil in the opening (type: HLP 32
ISO or comparable oil).
•
If necessary, pour in amount of oil to cover up the
cylinder inside.
•
Put the rubber plug tightly in the hole again (Fig.
1/Pos. 11).
Hydraulics must be de-aerated after every oil replenishment at least.
Used or spilled oil catch into a special container and deliver it to a used oil collecting facility.
