Lifespan
Products consisting of metallic components do
not have a fixed lifespan, suitability for use can
only be determined by a Competent Person
thorough inspections, scheduled maintenance,
pre-use inspections, and will depend on
conditions of use and maintenance.
Guardian recommends any textile components
or products are replaced after a maximum of five
years of use.
Devices used in arduous environments e.g.
demolition, steel construction, salt laden
atmospheres etc. may have a reduced service life.


 
