Installing the Eave Clip and Intermediate Eave Angle to the
Sidewall Sheet
The eave clips and intermediate eave angles are installed onto the sidewall sheet to assemble the
roof panels.
1. Install the eave clips (2 or 6) to the sidewall sheet (1) with 5/16" x 1" flange bolts (3) and 5/16" flange
nuts (4).
NOTE: Make sure to install the eave clips (2 or 6) to the inside of the sidewall sheet (1).
2. Install the intermediate eave angle (5) to the sidewall sheet (1) with 5/16" x 1" flange bolts (3) and
5/16" flange nuts (4) between the two eave clips (2 or 6).
NOTE: Make sure to install the intermediate eave angle (5) to the inside of the sidewall sheet (1)
for 2.66" bins. (See Figure 4D.)
NOTE: Make sure to install the intermediate eave angle (5) to the outside of the sidewall sheet (1)
for 4.00" bins. (See Figure 4E on Page 18.)
3. Repeat this process to install the remaining eave clips (2 or 6) and intermediate eave angles (5).
4. Tighten the hardware to the recommended torque specifications. See bolt torque specifications
on Page 13.
