Step 3:
Remove any jewellery from the wrist
(e.g. wrist watch) before using!
Then pull the wrist warmers over your
hands, so that the side with the pocket
is positioned on the pulse point of your
wrist (on the inner side of your hand)
(see Fig. 3).
If it is not warm enough, then allow the internal Hand Warmer to
have contact with air again.
Wear the wrist warmer for as long as you find it pleasant.
We recommend that you don’t wear the wrist warmer for longer
than 5 hours.
If you should find that the skin is slightly red, this is due to the hea-
ting effect of the hand and wrist warmers.
If the skin is still red after a few hours, do not use the hand or wrist
warmers until the redness has disappeared completely.
The Organic Wrist Warmers made of 100% cotton (controlled or-
ganic cultivation) can be re-used after use. Only the inserted Hand
Warmers are intended to be used once and must be disposed of
after use. Please observe the care instructions under point 6 as well
as the disposal instructions under Point 7. To continue to use the
wrist warmer, we recommend that you buy further GRÜNSPECHT
Hand Warmers. Please be aware: Each GRÜNSPECHT Hand War-
mers is packaged individually. So you will always need two items if
you want to use both Organic Wrist Warmers.
