Activate the scale by tapping lightly on the
glass surface
with your foot once.
– A signal tone confirms the scale is active.
– Display:

Once »0.0 kg« appears in the display, step
carefully onto the glass surface
on the
scale.

Stand very still on the glass surface until you
hear a signal.
– Your bodyweight appears in the display.
– After approx. 10 seconds the scale switches
off automatically.

If the following display appears just after
weighing, it does not mean there is a mal-
function. Ignore the display.
Operating as a body analyzer
The measurement or data transfer is done by
using your thumbs, which you press down firmly
on the control unit. Make sure you put both
thumbs on the grips properly.
Entering your data
When using the body analyzer function for the
first time, you must first select the following data
and enter the following: the user parameter
(01 to 10), height, age and user specifications
(A1 to A4).

Once you have entered your data (height, age),
you do not need to touch the »

again, when you use the appliance again.
All you need to do is select the parameters
(01 to 10) with the »

« buttons.

If no button is pressed for more than
15 seconds while you are entering the data,
the appliance then switches off automatically.
You then have to start again.
