After use, switch the appliance off

Styling waves or
curls

Comb or brush out a section of
your hair about 3 cm wide, start-
ing at the neck.

Place the section of hair between
the plates

as close to the hair
line as you can, and then close
them.

Do not touch the plates as they are
very hot.

Hold the appliance in position until
the hair is heated.
– This takes a few seconds at the
most.

Depending on the hair style, rotate
the appliance by 180° so that the
hair wraps around it at the height
of the heating plates

While rotating, slowly pull the ap-
pliance towards the ends of the
hair.
– A curl is formed once the
appliance has been pulled
down and over the ends of the
hair.
